Return and Refund Policy

**Terms and Conditions - Whimsical Parties by Tiffany**

By engaging in services with Whimsical Parties by Tiffany, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Refunds and Returns:**

   - We do not accept returns for services booked with Whimsical Parties by Tiffany.

   - Refunds are not offered unless there is an extenuating circumstance to include hospitalization and death.

2. **Re-booking Policy:**

   - In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you may re-book our services for up to 6 months after the original date of the event.

   - Re-booking allows flexibility, and you can choose a different service for your rescheduled event.

3. **Cancellation Policy:**

   - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event date are not eligible for re-booking.

4. **Re-booking Process:**

   - To re-book services, you may use the online calendar within 6 months, providing details of the original booking and the preferred rescheduled date.

   - We will make every effort to accommodate your new date and service choice.

5. **Service Availability:**

   - Re-booking is subject to service availability on the preferred rescheduled date.

6. **Communication:**

   - All cancellations and re-booking requests must be communicated in writing via email at whimsicalpartiesbytiffany@gmail.com 

   - We will confirm your re-booking and provide further details within 3 business days of receiving your request.

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Whimsical Parties by Tiffany reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
